Shipping policy

At Organicook, we aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. In order to achieve this, we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the purchase date, 7 days per week. Please note, in times of high demand the shipping process may take longer than expected.

All orders placed in the UK are sent free of charge via our standard service, however, if you require your order faster, please take advantage of our next working day delivery option for a small additional fee.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you
know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP:
Unfortunately, orders cannot be picked up from our office address as we do not hold any stock there.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are pleased to offer international shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Organicook is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
